Dr. Ayman S. Daba has been an active contributor to the international medicinal mushroom community for more than three decades. His contributions have included scientific committee service, keynote lectures, invited presentations, and oral presentations at major international conferences.

His work has helped advance the scientific understanding of medicinal mushrooms, mushroom-derived β-glucans, functional foods, biotechnology, and their potential applications in human health.
