Oyster Mushrooms

Oyster mushrooms were the first mushrooms that I cultivated in 1991 using rice straw.  They are known for their unique and interesting appearance. Some people have noted that the shape and texture of oyster mushrooms resemble an elephant ear, which can be quite amusing to see.
